This guy deserves a Leica. Totally!
I shoot about half film, (medium format) and half digital. I love the organic texture of film that digital will never be able to duplicate. I have clients that want film, (mostly portraiture), but others want digital for ease of editing. But left to my own devices I would prefer to shoot totally film.
@jmalonear We’ll totally check him out. Thanks! -Kelsey, producer

It’s from Final cut pro studio
I love this. I love it because Hurwitz is more concerned with making a good picture than gear. I for one am just over people who just talk about their cameras and such. It’s annoying.
What an informative segment! Harrison is a very talented photographer who not only represents his profession with dignity and purpose but also has a real feel for capturing the exact moments we, as clients, want to preserve in time and memory. I love that he values the aspect of film which is getting to be a lost art, lost in the digital world of a “cookie cutter” presentation. Great interview with a terrific guy who can do both!
can you show us some products for flim for example scanners?
Mark I think you still need to do a spot on Sam Hassas. He is from CA and has stunning images, and looks like he has so much fun doing them! Has an awesome blog.
@WiLmAn07 that’s what i thought~ i wonder where the instrumental originally comes from….
hmm the intro song sounds much like digital rev tv…
How about doing an episode with Mark Wallace telling us how he got started and showing us some of his work!
The track was written by a friend for the tutorial and trailer.
whats name of the Song?
Nice work, with some decent images for a change with these u tube examples. Cool!
